You are invited to a thoughtfully designed therapeutic retreat where group connection, intentional music, supportive setting, and psychotherapy come together with ketamine-assisted depth work.
Held at an independent wellness center, the retreat offers a warm and intentional environment for turning inward while remaining supported by community. A curated musical journey, mindfully prepared organic Ayurvedic meal shared in a safe and comforting setting, and the group itself are integral parts of the therapeutic container, helping create space for reflection, emotional exploration, connection, and meaning-making.
The retreat is facilitated by Dr. Hessam Motamedian and Dr. Eima Mesgarha, two licensed psychologists trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. The experience is part of a larger therapeutic arc that includes individual preparation, group preparation and cohesion-building, the five-hour retreat, and post-retreat integration.
Ketamine is prescribed and medically managed by each participant’s independent medical provider and is self-administered according to their individualized treatment plan. Our role is to provide the psychological preparation, therapeutic container, support during the experience, and integration afterward.
Equitable Access
To best serve our community, we want this work to be supported by a model of shared access rather than a single fixed price. Participants may choose from three contribution levels based on their financial circumstances:
Access · Sustain · Generate
Those with greater financial capacity can choose the Generate level, helping make the Access rate available to participants for whom the full cost would otherwise be a barrier. Regardless of contribution level, everyone receives the same core retreat experience.
Investment: $549–$949
Medical evaluation, medication, and prescribing are separate.
Participation begins with an interest and screening process to determine whether KAP and this particular group setting are an appropriate fit.
